THE PIONEER STAFF
The school began with a team of eight (8) dedicated staff members in 2010, led by the founding head, Mrs. Victoria. Her tenure was brief, and she was succeeded by Miss Victoria Awak, who took over leadership of both the nursery/primary and secondary sections.

Leadership Transition and Administrative Growths
In 2015, Mr. Johnson assumed leadership of the secondary school as the first principal and served until 2017. During this period, Mr. Emmanuel Usikpedo also held the position of head teacher from 2016 to 2017. Following an interview conducted by an external resource person, Mr. James A., Mr. Efe Samuel was appointed as the new principal, while Elder Eruchi B. Orlunta became the Vice Principal on January 9, 2017. Subsequently, Mr. Emmanuel Usikpedo resigned from his position as head teacher.
On September 28, 2017, the school appointed Mrs. Blessing David Maduakolam as the Head Teacher for the primary section. She continues to serve in this role to date.
Elder Eruchi B. Orlunta later handed over the role of Vice Principal to the late Mrs. Happiness Basiga. Due to health challenges, Mrs. Basiga was unable to continue effectively in her duties, and Miss Adaeze Augustina Amadi was employed to take over. However, her tenure was brief, and on January 3, 2024, she handed over to Mrs. Edith George, who was appointed Vice Principal (Administration), while Mr. Wobodo Deliver was appointed Vice Principal (Academics).
Mr. Efe Samuel handed over the position of Principal to Mr. Robert A. Olemeforo on August 1, 2023. Mr. Olemeforo, in turn, handed over to Dr. A. Akawu, who served as Principal from April 2025 to May 2025.
